A] Keep spirits and motivation high? Morning, huddle meetings, Patient reviews are red and a personal dad joke from the doctor.
B] Keep innovation and fresh ideas advancing? Continuing for us and inviting companies in to share new treatment options and techniques
C] Keep communications open? Monthly staff meeting where we Communicate about coffee stains. Things that each of us would like to see change and then ways to make that change happen.

Office remodel and new technology
Best Places to Work have a reputation for not only working hard, but also for playing hard.
A] How does the nominated company honor or reward success? Giving employees a eeek of appreciation with gifts each day
B] How does the nominated company socialize as a team? Going out to eat or ordering in. We also went to a local candle making workshop in St Joseph.
C] How does the nominated company get involved in community events? Our patients tell us what they are doing and Dr. gives generously. There was a local daycare that needed to be certified and had to have children oral health care packets to give out to other families and we provided those. Also, A patient supports a local troop that is over in Afghanistan Essentials to be sent for Christmas time and Dr. provided dental supplies for that. Also a veterans group we donated dental supplies to.

What one thing is special about your nominated company that most people in the community have no idea actually happens there, but should be shouted from the rooftops because it’s that cool?
