Kombi Keg Rolls Into Southwest Michigan

Summer parties, weddings, backyard BBQs, business events, Tuesdays: we don’t need a reason to get together and have a good time, and with Kombi Keg of Southwest Michigan, you can add a groovy mobile bar to your affair!

Jessica Hendrixson, Buchanan resident and no stranger to the small business game, brings Kombi Keg – an iconic, fully-restored VW Bus, and mobile bar service to the area. “Our retro-chic mobile bar is more than just your typical beverage experience,” says Jessica. “We offer six taps that serve anything from local beers, wine, and ciders, to specialty cocktails, mocktails, and even water.”

“Our team loads the beverages, pours, serves, and helps entertain the guests at your party. We are happy to work hand in hand with you and your event specialist to provide an experience that is beyond compare,” says Kombi Keg of SWMI.

Kombi Keg launched in Australia in November of 2015, and has since exploded across the globe. Eight countries offer this fantastic mobile service, with over 100 locations in the United States alone. The closest can be found in Columbus, Ohio, as Indiana and Illinois are without a Kombi franchise. Jessica’s newest endeavor welcomes the first Kombi Keg to Michigan.

Jessica and her husband Randy currently own and operate Berrien County Record Legal News, Building 324 in Buchanan, and DPM Events, a DJ and audio-visual company. “We love being the life of the party, so we dove into businesses that specialize in our strengths,” Jessica says. A lover of all things retro, and tasty beverages, Jessica found the perfect fit with Kombi Keg.

In addition to the far-out, photo-worthy VW Bus bar, Kombi Keg of Southwest Michigan also offers lawn games and seating options, which allows you to take your event to the next level. They currently have three packages from which to choose, plus long term rental options. Booking is now open for the season.

Kombi Keg of SWMI will debut in Buchanan on Thursday evening, August 4th, 2022. “We’ll be teaming up with the Buchanan-Galien Lions Club for a fundraiser during Thrill On The Hill. This is our first public event and gives people a chance to see what we do, while giving back to the community,” Jessica says.
