A Lakeshore area Realtor/Broker has become the first and only Realtor in Berrien County to garner recognition through the National Association of Realtors’ Commitment to Excellence endorsement according to SW Michigan Realtors Association Executive Alan Jeffries.
Paul J. Dumke, GRI, ABR, E-Pro, and a Realtor/Broker with The Southwestern MI Association of Realtors, has earned that coveted endorsement to become the first in the county to achieve that endorsement, which is reserved exclusively for those Realtors who have demonstrated knowledge and competency in 10 core areas of real estate practice, including:

The C2EX endorsement, as it is referred to at the national level, is available only to Realtors. It is earned through a self-directed program that enables users to assess and build on their competency in each of the core areas. Launched in November of 2018, the innovative program sets the standard for what it means to be a professional in the real estate brokerage business.
