Accomplishments
My greatest accomplishment is the amazing family I’ve been blessed with. My wife, Marissa is my best friend and an amazing mother to our children, Pilot, Lux, and Eleni. Outside of being a husband and father, I am a U.S. Navy Veteran – Former K-9 Handler/Police Officer – 2023 & 2024 Farm Bureau Insurance All-American – Lakeshore Excellence Foundation Trustee – Well of GRACE Board Member – Lakeshore Wrestling Head Assistant Coach.
What else do you hope to accomplish by the age of 40?
Our agency has just been nominated for the Farm Bureau Insurance Blue Ribbon Office of Excellence Award. This is an award that doesn’t take production into consideration and is based solely on investments in the community, staff, working environment and leadership. This would be a great award for our entire team.

What was your first job?
Concrete Laborer. My dad set this job up for me with one of his friends that owned a concrete company when I was 13 years old. My first day was 12-hours long and the rest of the summer was very similar. I hated it at the time but now, I am so happy that my parents instilled such hard work ethic in me over the years.
What’s the best advice you ever got?
Be humble, make mistakes, and work hard. There is no growth without failure and once you can embrace that mentality, the sky is the limit.
Who inspires you most?
My son, Pilot. He is my oldest child and only son and has inspired me to be a better man every day since the day he came into my life.
That one thing about you we’d be most surprised to learn.
My favorite animal is the hippopotamus. I still have a box of stuffed hippos from my childhood that I just can’t get rid of. My wife is very impressed!
What do you love to do in your downtime?
Spend time with my family. We are very active and enjoy taking trips, hitting the beach, hikes/walking, fishing, being outdoors, and getting ice cream. Any time with my family is great!

Volunteer activity you love the most.
Coaching. I have coached youth and high school sports for 12 years now. I currently coach the Lakeshore High School Wrestling Team. I love seeing the transformation both physically and mentally among athletes of all ages.
What motivates you to give back to your community?
I believe that God has called us to serve others, and I try to use the abilities He has blessed me with to do that every day. We are to love our neighbor as we love ourselves.
What Superpower would you most love to have?
I would love to have the ability to pause time. Life goes by so fast and there are so many things I’d love to do but so little time to make it all happen.
What would you like to leave behind as your legacy once you are gone?
I want to be remembered as someone who loved Jesus and was always willing to help others. And I want my children to be proud that I was their dad.
What does the honor of being named to the 40 Under 40 most mean to you?
It is very humbling to be on this list with such amazing people and to be among the strong leaders that have come before us. It motivates me even more to continue building relationships, improving myself, and serving others.
