They lead. They inspire. They get things done.

The Bold Women of Business Class of 2025 represents the best of what Southwest Michigan has to offer—women who are changing their workplaces, mentoring others, and strengthening their communities every single day.

Now in its seventh year, the Bold Women of Business Awards honor women who aren’t afraid to take risks, stand up for what’s right, and lift others along the way. This year’s class once again showcases the creativity, determination, and drive that keep our region moving forward.

This year’s awards are presented by the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber, Silver Beach Pizza, Sturgis Bank, Insurance Management Service, United Way of Southwest Michigan, South Bend International Airport, and The Inn at Harbor Shores, with support from New Heights Auto Service and The Mason Jar Café.
