What does the first ten years in business look like for Papa Vino's Italian Kitchen in St. Joseph? Well, for starters they've welcomed more than one-and-a-quarter-million diners in those ten years and cooked more than 273 tons of pasta. Papa Vino's is celebrating its 10th Anniversary year in St. Joseph this month, and they're inviting everyone to a month long party.
Papa Vino's is owned and operated by Quality Dining of Mishawaka, Indiana, and they have enjoyed a stellar run in the first decade at the corner of Hilltop & Washington Avenues in the Southtown neighborhood of St. Joseph, serving more than 1,251,573 guests in that time. The popular restaurant also tells us they have crafted 36,532 orders of their signature Sizzelini dishes, and "tens of thousands" of slices of Tiramisu dessert offerings.
The Italian-style restaurant currently employs 48 people, including five who have worked there since day one. The milestone anniversary year is being celebrated by the restaurant through a special offer to all diners from now through October 23rd, giving guests a three-course feast for just $10, including a salad, an entree and a mini dessert. The three-course menu includes thier signature Papa's Salad and Sizzelini.
On October 30th, Papa Vino's will celebrate the occasion by offering every guest a free piece of cake after their meal, whether they dine in or choose from the restaurant's take-out options. It's the crew's way of saying "Thank You" to everyone for being a part of their huge success story over the past ten years as they open the door onto many more years to come.
Papa Vino's opened its doors on Hilltop Road on October 30, 2006, and they've been one incredibly busy place virtually ever since.
