One of the busiest intersections in Berrien County is back open.
The road construction on Napier Avenue that closed the Pipestone Road intersection and restricted Napier traffic for about a mile wrapped up Thursday, more than three months ahead of schedule. This project was originally scheduled for completion by September 30, according to the Berrien County Road Department.
The intersection was fully reopened and the lane restrictions were removed at about noon Thursday, the department said in a release.
