Wilber Townshend founder Steve Wilber died in February of 2014, but his partners have kept the firm strong and growing. The forerunner to the group is the former Barnes & Associates headed up by Richie Barnes who is still Senior Relationship Manager for the firm headquartered locally at 500 Renaissance Drive in St. Joseph in Suite 104 as well as in new digs at 4175 Parkway Place Drive, SW in Suite 100 in Grandville, outside of Grand Rapids.
Buchholz, TePastte and Deem are the partners in the Certified Public Accounting Firm which now has a total team of 23 associates, seven of which are based in the Edgewater neighborhood in St. Joseph. Barnes has been active in the accounting community for more than 49 years now in St. Joseph.
