Through Virtual Reality (VR) there are opportunities for both fun and educational experiences, utilizing the latest high-tech equipment.
CrazeVR, the virtual reality lounge, will open for business in Saint Joseph, one week from today on May 22nd, 2019. VR is a gaming and educational platform that can be used individually or as a group. With more than 50 programs on a rotating basis, CrazeVR can provide a facelift for your workouts, education, or even in the way you play games of everything from Pictionary to PVP first person shooter. There is even the ability to play in shared space as you collaborate in VR.
CrazeVR will celebrate its Grand Opening with the team from Cornerstone Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, May 22nd, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Those who show up with have the opportunity to tryout VR for free along with light refreshments, and the formal ribbon cutting taking place at 5:15 pm.
Craze VR is located at 2560 S. Cleveland Avenue in Suite 5 in Saint Joseph. Upon opening, their hours will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Special hours are available to groups such as birthday parties, team building, youth groups, school groups, and the like that book ahead of time. When asked why they selected their location off South Cleveland in St. Joseph, Rutherford says “We love St. Joseph! The people and the town make this a home.” Additionally, Rutherford notes, “Our location provides a safe quiet environment for people to feel comfortable while experiencing Virtual Reality that is also close to everything.”
