In your own words, why do you think this company deserves to be declared to be one of the 20 Best Places to Work in Michigan’s Great Southwest?This is a group of people that help people find their new home or sell their old home. This group genuinely cares for the people they serve. So many wonderful people

So many things, the team support, compassion to help each other whether they are new to the business or a season professional. The owners are amazing and caring. They make sure that they set us up for success.

Holy cow!! His company and their agent were absolutely fabulous. We were well informed every step of the way. They made sure we were comfortable with all of the dynamics in buying a home. A] Keep spirits and motivation high? We support each other, out managers and Brokers are always available. We have frequent gatherings social and business.
B] Keep innovation and fresh ideas advancing? They are leaders in marketing and have created an all encompassing software platform that is constantly updating.
C] Keep communications open? Always and at any time. Very respectful of each other.

So many “wow” moments. It is a lifestyle with in this culture. You are appreciated right where you are. Best Practice…”don’t take life too seriously”

A] How does the nominated company honor or reward success? We have frequent social & business gatherings.
B] How does the nominated company socialize as a team? Many things, we have a concept called “@balance” We can attend “pickle ball lessons” a Pilates class, an art studio visit, an ice cream social, a wine tasting. And more!
C] How does the nominated company get involved in community events? We have something called “@gives back” We have done food & coat drives charity outings (golf etc.) Too many to mention.
D] How does the nominated company celebrate life? Humor, Joy, fun and amazing business model.They make so many things so easy for us to be successful.

They make everyone feel special with their compassion for life and for the success of their agents. There is a picture in the office of children playing at the beach. The title on the picture says “CEO’s”
