Tell us the story behind the nominated company. What does it do, and what sets them apart from other companies in the region?
We are a one of a kind dispensary in southwest Michigan. Unlike other dispensaries we provide an experience beyond waiting in line and leaving. Our consumption lounge allows for people of all walks to commune and consume. Weekly events such as puff and paint, baked bingo, and plated and faded cannabis infused dining experience are unmatched by any other company in the industry. Our designation as tribal also allows us to create products that are not found anywhere else in the state. All products come from statewide caregivers as opposed to commercial cannabis. This allows our employees to educate and inform our customers in ways that other dispensaries can’t, Live music and food trucks adorn our patio all summer long. It’s an experience unlike anywhere else in southwest Michigan!
In your own words, why do you think this company deserves to be declared to be one of the 20 Best Places to Work in Michigan’s Great Southwest?We are an innovative minority owned business. Creating an atmosphere and products unlike anyone else in the state. Allowing for our employees to teach educate and entertain unlike anyone else can.
What makes workers proud to say they work there, and keeps them a part of the team?
The concept of caregiver to customer. Giving of the highest quality products and information. Creating a one of a kind environment and experience that isn’t available anywhere else.

Rolling Embers wow. This is a one of a kind location with an amazing vibe with other like minded people. It’s a place where you feel safe and welcome, with features I’ve never seen at any other if it’s kind. I can’t wait to come back for my next visit, highly recommended.

What one thing is special about your nominated company that most people in the community have no idea actually happens there, but should be shouted from the rooftops because it’s that cool?
We educate our customers. We don’t push them through the lines. We help people get off medications they’ve been on for forever mostly anti depressants and pain pills, giving people back their smile and joy for life.
