The Rotary Club of South Haven has announced the awarding of the 2025 Carole Hodgman Memorial Grant, a $2,500 contribution honoring the life and legacy of Carole Hodgman, a cherished member of the Rotary family and wife of long-time Rotarian Don Hodgman.
Rotarians remember Carole as deeply committed to service, community connection, and lifelong learning. The grant awarded in her memory will support a range of programs at the South Haven Scott Club (SHSC)—a nonprofit organization Carole held dear and dedicated much of her life to. From concerts and author talks to children’s workshops and community cultural events, the Scott Club provides inclusive, year-round programming that enriches lives across generations.
“Carole exemplified the spirit of Service Above Self,” said Amy Nichols, South Haven Rotary President. “By supporting the Scott Club’s educational, cultural, and intergenerational programs, we honor her enduring commitment to making a difference in the community she loved.”
