It’s one of the most instantly recognizable landmarks in all of Michigan’s Great Southwest and it has come to stand for good times, great parties, and outstanding wines, craft beers, spirits and more. The iconic Round Barn of Round Barn Winery fame is celebrating its 25th Anniversary year and the harvest party each summer is the biggest and best party of the year. That big party this year is in the weekend ahead.
This year marks 25 fruitful years in business for Round Barn Winery and the Moersch family and their staff are ready to party like they’ve never partied before. This has already been a landmark year with their incredible expansion and acquisition of neighboring Tabor Hill Winery. Add in what looks to be a spectacular crop this fall, and there are more reasons than ever for the celebration this weekend.
Join the Moersch family in celebrating not only the 25th anniversary but also the upcoming grape harvest season this Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20, from 1pm until 7pm (Eastern time) for the huge party of the year.
You’ll have the opportunity to dance to the entertaining live music of multiple bands including Lady Sunshine & The X Band, Top Secret Band, Jake Mack and finishing with The Right Now. Sip handcrafted wine, local micro-brews and spirited cocktails. Nosh delicious food from the Round Barn Food Truck, enjoy great times with family and friends and meet some new ones, too.
This annual soiree promises fun for the entire family with an inflatable slide, a bounce house and corn-hole games. You can even have your own Lucille Ball moment during grape stomping, an important part of the wine-making process at the vineyard. With the end of the summer in sight, this is the one event that year after year is tabbed as a do-not-miss event. This year’s drink special is the Punchin’ Pomegranate hand-crafted with Round Barn’s own Divine Vodka, Pomegranate juice, Lime juice and Triple sec.

For those who hit up the Round Barn events regularly there is a Season Pass available for $15 or $10 for Mug Club and free admission to Wine Club Members. If you are interested in experiencing a wine tasting, you can easily make a reservation online @ (reservations). There is a $5 entry fee per person (however, that fee is waived for those partaking in a wine tasting, so remember to RSVP for your tasting.)

Lawn chairs are encouraged however outside drinks are not permitted. And Round Barn is dog-friendly year round.
