Silver Harbor Brewing Adds Wine Collection

The crew at the popular Silver Harbor Brewing Company in downtown St. Joseph could turn into a pretty busy place this Saturday. With the Blossomtime Grand Floral Parade passing by less than a block away on two sides, and their plans to open the Silver Harbor Patio for the season taking place that same day — weather permitting — it could get crazy. And there will soon be wine in the mix, as well.

Besides, Silver Harbor is already brewing summer fun in house and making it easier to take your some of your favorites with you for your own summertime adventures. The brew house is inviting those who are traveling, hitting the water, headed to the links of simply their own backyard to grab a 4-pack of your favorite brews in the form of 16-ounce cans now on the market.

Silver Harbor announced today to fans that they are now offering 16-ounce cans of Hops, Sweat & Tears IPA and Kumbaya Brown Ale both at their St. Joe taproom and at most local grocery stores and liquor stores.

There’s a tremendous new vibe from the news that after nearly a year of planning, they will be launching the Silver Harbor Wine Collection. Having established a collaborative agreement with Fenn Valley Vineyards, Silver Harbor will be offering four unique blends including a Chardonnay, a Meritage, a Riesling and a Red Table Wine.

Brewmaster Christian has a New England IPA in the works, and with summer comes fresh fruits and the return of Good Timez Razzberry Wheat in the taproom located in a more than 100-year old building with tons of character situated conveniently at 721 Pleasant Street in downtown St. Joseph behind the U.S. Post Office.

Silver Harbor is known for locally inspired new American style lunch and dinner menu options with tons of flavor alongside their standard array of 10 to 15 handcrafted beers on tap.

So whether it’s a pre-parade lunch, a post parade beer, or an afternoon on the patio or in the taproom, look for an early peek at summer this weekend and from here on out at Silver Harbor Brewing where the innovations continue to roll.
