Sparty Party of the Summer Slated for June 11th

It’s a sight that avid Michigan State fans have grown accustomed to and can never get enough of — Sparty grilling steaks at the Berrien County Sportsman’s Club north of Berrien Springs. This year will mark the 33rd outing for the Annual Steak & Suds affair, and tickets are now on sale.

For more than three decades the Spartan Nation has gathered along the St. Joseph River thanks to the work of the Berrien County Michigan State University (MSU) Alumni Club. Once again they will hold their annual Steak & Suds Event from 5:30-9:00 pm on Tuesday, June 11th at the Berrien County Sportsman’s Club located at 2985 Linco Road just north of Berrien Springs.

The annual event features fellowship, food, and that rousing Go Green-Go White, Spartan Spirit. Gates open at 5:30 pm that evening, with dinner served from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Tickets are $35 per person, and you can get then online right now at the link below. They will be available at that link until May 29th, and a limited number of paper tickets are available from club members, or at the Berrien County MSU Extension office at 1737 Hillandale Road in Benton Harbor through June 5th.  There will be no ticket sales at the gate.
