Even as everyone works to find the “next normal” in light of the pandemic, many employers are facing issues they’ve never been forced to even consider before. Striving to keep one’s workforce safe and healthy can be a full-time job in and of itself. The Spectrum Health Lakeland team has released a local employer guide to help community businesses adapt to operating in a new environment with COVID-19. The goal is to equip employers and employees with advice on infection prevention and practical resources to help increase safety and minimize risk.

- Employer Hotline – Call 269.408.4911 for help with all COVID-19 related questions including what to do if someone tests positive, contact tracing, personal protection equipment, infection prevention or other situations.
