WOW, 40 is right around the corner! I hope to begin the pursuit of a doctoral degree and obtain SHRM-SCP certification.

What motivates you to give back to your community?
My faith and love for others motivate me to give back.

What would you like to leave behind as your legacy once you are gone?
To be honest, I hope to leave a legacy behind of two amazing children whom I raised to challenge the status quo in life, exhibit genuine kindness and compassion toward all they meet, with giving hearts and eyes that see the best in others.
What does the honor of being named to the 40 Under 40 most mean to you?
To me, the honor of being recognized as one of the 40 under 40 signifies a significant achievement and validation of my accomplishments at a relatively young age. It reflects recognition for my hard work, dedication, and impact on my field or industry. Being among a select group of individuals who are considered rising stars or influential leaders under the age of 40 is a testament to my abilities, expertise, and potential for future success. It also serves as motivation to continue pushing boundaries, pursuing growth opportunities, and making a positive impact in my profession and community.
