Congressman Fred Upton says he was disappointed the draft decision on Roe vs. Wade was leaked out of the Supreme Court Tuesday. He tells us that’s a first.

Upton didn’t have much to say about the substance of the decision. He says abortion will now be an issue of concern to state lawmakers, assuming the Supreme Court sticks with what its draft says when it releases its final decision. As of right now, Upton says neither political party has the 60 votes needed to either ban or protect abortion rights nationwide.
