The Watchtower Warrior Foundation is a non profit composed of Veterns, Lawrence Enforcement and like minded individuals who go out of their way to help those in need. They do multiple benefits each year and donate 100% of the proceeds and profits to the individual for anything they may need. They focus their dedication to serving the communities and helping veterans in need and the youth.
In your own words, why do you think this company deserves to be declared to be one of the 20 Best Places to Work in Michigan’s Great Southwest?They are amazing. Even after working 24 hr shifts as eats, doctors or police, they still go out and mow lawns for the elderly or veterans in the community. They help put on benefits for children and veterans battling cancer. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of no matter the problem.
What makes workers proud to say they work there, and keeps them a part of the team?
Knowing that we are helping those in need and getting nothing back in return but the feeling of knowing what we do helps the community.

The Watchtower Warrior Foundation is a great organization. They pride themselves on making sure the community is a great place. From helping veterans in need, to taking care and helping cancer patients, Noone is left alone. If you need a lawn mowed and can’t do it, just give them a call.

Stealth mode- you will never know when they are coming.
Strength- they make sure everything is taken care of no matter the size or weight on your shoulders

Explain a specific “wow!” moment in this company’s history that is virtually “Hall of Fame” or “Best Practices” worthy, as an example to other companies in the region.
First benefit, was for a 17 yr old senior battling Osteosarcoma. She went through multiple surgeries in which she lost her leg and her pelvis. Being unable to walk and needing help, the Foundation came together and purchased air conditioners for her mom’s house and installed them. We were also able to give them almost $10,000 cash that was raised at the benefit. 100% was given to them. The mother cried because they did not expect the love and generosity of strangers coming together to help them.
