Whirlpool Corporation announced on Tuesday that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 15 to shareholders of record as of November 21.
Whirlpool, the last major U.S.-based manufacturer of kitchen and laundry appliances, reported approximately $17 billion in annual sales in 2024 and employs 44,000 people across 40 manufacturing and technology research centers. Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as Whirlpool, KitchenAid, JennAir, Maytag, Amana, Brastemp, Consul, and InSinkErator.
Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) will release its third-quarter financial results and presentation materials at 4:05 p.m. ET on Monday, October 27, 2025. Whirlpool Corporation will hold a conference call to discuss its performance with the investment community at 8 a.m. ET on Tuesday, October 28.
Whirlpool’s stock closed on Monday afternoon trading at $72.65 per share. Its 52-week high was $135.49 per share.
