In creating and building a team of motivated, confident client-focused professionals and watching their commitment and actions result in success.
What’s the funniest thing that ever happened on your road to success?
There’ve been so many funny work moments over the years, most have involving co-workers playing a prank.
Who most inspires your personal drive for success every day?
My family, especially my husband and daughter.
What is your best advice to women in Southwest Michigan looking to succeed, as you have, in business?
To succeed, you have to find a way to stay focused on your goals and ensure your voice is heard, but be open to hearing others as well.
