Wales’ community involvement includes serving as chair for the Lakeland Health Foundation Board, a member of the finance committee for Spectrum Health Lakeland’s Executive Board, a member of the Andrews University Board of Trustees and the Andrews University President’s Council, a member of the Board of Directors for United Federal Credit Union and a member of Michigan’s Great Southwest Strategic Leadership Council.
