St. Joe MOMS Club Hosting Regional Diaper Drive Collection Effort for Those in Need

Here’s a startling number for you. One-in-three mothers struggles to provide their babies with diapers. Realizing the problem is decidedly real, several local businesses and organizations are teaming up with the MOMS Club of St. Joseph all throughout the month of June for a Diaper Drive collection effort for local women’s service organizations and they are inviting the entire community to join the concerted effort to keep the babies of the region clean and dry.

You are invited to donate a new pack of diapers, or loose diapers (in a bag) from now through June 30th. The diapers are being collected for Foster Closets of Michiana, Life Plan and the National Diaper Bank. All sizes are needed, but there is a greater need for size 3, 4 and 5. Diapers can be dropped off at one of these three locations:

  • YMCA of Michiana on Hollywood Road in St. Joseph
  • Great Lakes Family Dental Group on Cleveland Avenue in St. Joseph
  • Kids Kollection on Cleveland Avenue in St. Joseph

Just look for the decorated blue boxes at each of those locations, and help make a difference in the community.
